Little Blue Truck party hat for your little ones special day!

Design and size:

Party hat is made to set on top of the head, with skinny elastic going around back of the head, behind the ears(not under the chin).
Choose the number for your hat(1-5). Last picture shows #2.

The outside of the hat is made with burlap for the base. The hat is lined with felt(last picture shows sample of felt lining).
6th picture shows how hat sets on child’s head. Hat is attached to 1/8th-inch elastic cording.

Hat measures 5-inches tall and 4-inches wide(at the base).

There is navy blue Pom Pom trim along the bottom edge and a navy blue yarn Pom Pom on the top. The blue truck, and number are made of felt.
