Our latest party hat was whipped up with all things sparkly! Your little girl will feel like a real princess on her special day with this hat. Hat base is made from a cream glitter surface, we topped it off with lots of our yummy handmade old fashioned crepe paper fringe in pink, cream. The cupcake features chiffon "icing" with brown sprinkles. Hat ties with a vintage chiffon and polka dot ribbon, you can also choose to add elastic with the options below. Please remember you can order this hat, guest hats and a banner to match. Should you need a complete party please contact us today. Allow two weeks for your hat.
