The toppers are made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The numbers and elephants are diecut and attached to patterned paper. The number piece is attached to a scalloped circle with foam tape to give it dimension. A lollipop stick and satin ribbon finishes them off.

This listing is for a set of 12. It comes with six 1's and six elephants or if you would prefer one style just let me know when you check out. I can also make these in other colors and with different numbers and letters too. Contact me for more details.
