• Files come to your email as high resolution PDF files and several come customized with couples first and last name (I can do just one name too if this isn't a couples party). Please leave names in the notes to seller box at checkout.
• Instructions for assembly are included.
• You will receive your PDF file within 3 business days or less. Business days are Monday - Friday not including holidays. File will be sent to your email on file with etsy. •••••HOW TO ORDER•••••
1) Select the "ADD TO CART" button to add this listing to your cart and submit payment.
2) Please leave the following information in the NOTES TO SELLER box at checkout:
• Mother-to-be's name and/or Father-to-be's name. Babies LAST NAME (Please leave the names in the order you want them on the decorations. If you want the mother's name first leave her name first in the notes to seller box followed by the father's name. I copy and paste whatever you type in the notes to seller box and in the same order!)
3) If you are ordering the invitation please copy and paste the following information into the notes to seller box at checkout and then answer each question:
• Names of parents-to-be
• Party location name (The Smith Residence)
• Party location address
• Party start and end times
• Party date including day of the week (Saturday, January 18)
• RSVP email or phone number
• Name of person to send RSVP to
*Invitation can only be done in English.
4) You will receive your files within 3 business days or less (Monday-Friday not including holidays). Invitation proofs come within 3 business days and the final file comes within 24 hours after approval business days only (Mon-Fri).
5) Print files at home or at a printer such such as Kinkos/Fedex or Office Depot.

You will receive your PDF file within 3 business days or less. Business days are Monday - Friday holidays not included. File will be sent to your email on file with etsy.
•••••MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED•••••
1. Most recent version of Adobe Reader (Download for free: http://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2. White 8.5 x 11" card stock paper (65 lb. or 110 lb.) The bigger the number the thicker the paper.
3. White 8.5 x 11" 24 lb. printer paper
4. Optional 8.5" x 11" full sheet stickers for creating water bottle labels and party stickers. Stickers should be one big sticker sheet not individual stickers precut stickers. Waterproof stickers are available as well. You can print bottle labels on copy paper or card stock as well. You can purchase water proof full sheet stickers here http://www.onlinelabels.com/OL713.htm?sr=1059363382 (Do not purchase template stickers which are precut for water labels, they need to be full sheet stickers that you will cut out).
5. Scissors and/or ruler, cutting blade and a cutting mat or surface
6. Single hole puncher
7. Ribbon, yarn, rope, or twine for assembling banner, favor tags and door sign
8. Clear tape and/or double sided tape
9. Glue stick
10. Glue gun (Can use clear tape in place of glue gun)
11. 2" round or scallop round paper punch for cutting out 2" party circles (cupcake toppers, or stickers)
12. Lollipop sticks for cupcake toppers (Can be found at most craft stores such as Michaels in the baking section)
13. Paper Straws or toothpicks for straw pennant flags
14. Bamboo skewer or large lollipop stick for 5" centerpiece or cake topper. You can also use coordinating paper straws to attach circle to.
15. Ziplock baggies sandwich size 6 1/2"W x 5 7/8" for treat bag toppers. Fill with goodies for your guests.
16. Stapler for attaching treat bag toppers to baggies.
17. 2.5" circle paper punch or scissors for cutting out circle favor tags. Full sticker sheets if you want to make these into stickers. Don't buy the pre-cut stickers, stickers will not line up!
••••COLOR VARIATIONS•••••
Pease note that colors may vary depending on your computer monitor and/or printer and even different types of paper and ink can affect colors. Tangerine Paper Shoppe is not responsible for the resulting color variations and there will be no refunds and no design revisions of colors if you do not like the colors when printed. I suggest printing off a proof page before purchasing matching decorations if color matching is important to you.
