New style cake bunting with balloons flying above each skewer. Hand painted with childs age one the little white flags with yellow dots. The sweet little fabric flags are sewn onto yellow and white bakers twine tied between 10" bamboo skewers with color strands twine hanging from ends of balloons. This is a single row, double sided flag bunting used to decorate the top of your cake or cupcakes. Will fit onto smaller 4-6" smash cakes too.
