Vintage Boardwalk was the theme that inspired with Carnival like Cake Bunting. Pale yellow, pink and aqua mini pennant flags strung on blue and white bakers twine on 10" skewers, with a taller 12" center pole with a flag on top.

This bunting is easy to set up, still leaves room for candles and cake figures below. I think this would be so cute with little circus animals walking below it, or even some little beach balls and vintage figures in swim suits.

Each strand has 4 flags on it for a total of 16 flags and one in the center. Bunting will come neatly folded for and assembled as shown in a cello bag for easy set up.
