Caramel and Belgian Chocolate Covered Apples.... Remember: an apple a day keeps the doctor away! Eat one of these and you're covered! Go Ahead & Indulge!

I take extra small empire apples (sweet and juicy) for these "pops." Each apple "pop" is then hand dipped in homemade caramel. Then they are chilled. After the caramel is set, I then hand dip the "pops" in Belgian chocolate and garnish them with your choice of topping.

Each "pop" comes individually wrapped in a food safe plastic bag and secured with a twist tie.
