Whimsy Wendy is pleased to offer this delectable, fluffy raspberry tutu trimmed in silky chocolate brown satin ribbon and topped off with a giant chocolate brown satin bow and poufy chocolate cotton pompoms.

This puffy tutu features over 24 yards of tulle in four puffy layers and is 10" in length. The waist, encircled with a soft, wide elastic band, fits most two through six year olds and allows even the littlest princess to put it on by themselves.

**When purchasing tutus, watch for quality. All of my tutus are individually sewn together in my studio. Many other tutus are only tied to elastic. Each one takes me roughly one hour to lovingly stitch together.
