This adorable striped circus themed party hat will sit upon his head. Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The number 1 and circus tent were diecut and hand pieced. It was than attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots and then a handmade medallion. A diecut and glossed name is added below. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
