These photo clips are made out of high quality cardstock. The numbers and circus tents are diecut and pieced together. Clothespins were attached to the back with hot glue. 7 feet of white grosgrain ribbon is included to clip the pictures on. Each clip is about 3" in diameter.

Can also be made in other colors and for girls too.
