Balloon & Confetti Information:
Premium latex made in the USA.
Helium grade. Inflate with helium or air to 16", 17", or 36"; select sizes from the Order box.
Please note - the 16" will be the tradition slightly pear-shaped balloon; the 17" and 36" will be round.
Confetti will be inserted into the balloons. However, if you wish the confetti to be on the side, you can select this option when placing your order.

To float or not to float (that is the question):
Float -
If balloon is inflated with pure helium, the balloon will float, however, the confetti will not stick to the sides of the balloon due to the natural properties of helium; instead the confetti will sink to the bottom of the balloon.
Don't despair! There is a solution!
To inflate with helium:
* Purchase "Hi-Float" from a local party shop. Pump some hi-float into your balloon while NOT inflated. Massage balloon with the hi-float to coat the sides.
* Insert confetti into balloon either by hand, or use a funnel.
* Inflate with about 25% air, followed by 75% pure helium.
* Make sure to inflate the balloon to the proper size. If pure helium is not used, or the balloon is underinflated, the balloon will not float for long. If balloon is over-inflated it will pop.

Non-floating -
Confetti will be inserted before shipped.
If balloon is inflated with air only, using either a balloon pump or by mouth, the balloon will not float but it is easier to get the confetti to stick to the sides.
To do:
* Inflate balloon with air to the correct size of the balloon. When inflated, tie the end.
* Then you need to create static - take a cloth, hold the balloon where you want the confetti to stick, and rub that area with the cloth. Shake the balloon, and repeat for the other sides.
* Take a glue dot, place on one side of the balloon, and stick to the wall.
