This listing is for a "Happy Birthday" construction party banner. There are 14 flags and 2 construction shapes (dump truck & age traffic cone). The flags measure 5.5 x 6.5 inches and come with 2 strands of 9ft long ribbon. Two large dump truck cut outs are included. Dump Truck can be strung on banner or used as wall art! It will not be hole-punched.
