This banner KIT contains all the letters to spell out "Happy Birthday" and textured paper as the background to make it look very nice. You assemble them yourself. Great way to save on spending a fortune on banners. The letters are printed on premium card stock paper, 2 letters to a sheet and you will need to cut them out yourself. You can cutout the center square and tape onto the textured paper that you will receive in this KIT or cutout the scallop edges and use as is.

Materials you need to purchase at a craft or fabric store to put your banner together:
* ribbon of your choice (curly, grosgrain, satin, fine tulle or yarn)
* double sided tape (used to tape your letters onto the textured papers)
* scissors (to cut your banners, you will receive them on a 8.5"x11" card stock)
