What's a party without party hats?!
These mini printable hats would be a great addition to any Valentine's Day or Galentine's Day party. Simply print out the design in any quantity you wish, cut, and follow the assembly instructions included. Dress them up with a big pom pom and trim if you wish! Please note that these are smaller sized hats. See photos for examples of sizing.
