1 White Foil Balloon + 1 Black Vinyl Decal printed with Custom Text.
Decal is NOT applied to the balloon. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. You will need to apply the decal to a balloon after you have inflated it.
Do not over inflate the Foil balloons as they will burst and warm conditions can make the foils expand so keep them in a controlled environment.

Balloon - 22" Circumference (approx. 12" width on front side).
Decal - approx 8" wide - the more characters you have the smaller your text will be (small text is more difficult to apply to a balloon).
