I can't think of a cheerier combo than shades of pinks and reds in gingham and polka dots! Perfect for any age group a tad retro, and refreshing! Pictured are the optional guest hats, and banner. The cupcake can be made in your choice of icing and has blinged out sprinkles! The icing is a pale pink chiffon trim.Hat features our handcut crepe paper fringe, all made in our Kentucky studio. Hat can be made with or without elastic and features vintage ribbon to tie. If you would like a quote for a complete party package please email or call.
