This listing is a PDF file. I will design flags for your event. Once you approve the design, you receive an email with your PDF file for you to print, cut & attach to your straws/ cake pops. In the notes to seller please include the following:

1.WORDING ( name, phrase, happy birthday) no more than 15 characters.
2. FLAG COLOR (background color, choose from picture 3)
3. FONT PREFERENCE (choose from picture 4)
4.FONT COLOR
5.BORDER OR NO BORDER
