Cat lover having a bday? Here's a great banner to decorate with! You choose to get the name banner only or add the cat and heart garland too!

This SAMPLE banner was made on 4x4 inch brown chipboard pieces. I antique the edges of the pieces with ink. If you'd prefer to omit that just let me know I hand stamped the letters with sea foam mint acrylic paint. I used a tan and a white card stock for the sweet kitty cats and permanently attached them to each end. I used light pink and mint ribbons and bows. Like this banner but need different colors?
