This listing is for 1 page (front or one side only) digital file custom made / made-to-order / OOAK invitation. Size may depend on your preference. This will be a one-of-a-kind invitation and shall not be sold as a template.
Upon purchase please send me the following:
1. Visual ideas/images/photos/elements that you would want to see and/or use in your card.
**Note: I can only offer images/graphics/elements and fonts that I have for free and they shall be used as-is. Image/graphic/photos (and the like) manipulation/editing is not included in this listing, the graphics/image/photos (if sent by the client) will be used as-is or cropped to fit the invitation. Manipulation/enhancement or any alteration like changing of hair color, changing dresses, adding head dresses etc. shall be considered as an additional fee.
IMPORTANT: No image/graphics/elements and font purchasing from another shop or website is included in this listing. You are free to use any image/graphics/font you find in my shop. I will always suggest image/graphics/fonts that I have in my archive.
2. All the text/wordings to be written in the card.
3. Background color and Font colors (you may send me a color swatch in jpeg or pdf file or pantone colors). But please note that I will only match the colors sent. What you see on your computer monitor will not exactly appear when printed. There will always be a slight difference due to different monitor and printer calibration of different brands.
4. I have a wide range of fonts and I shall choose which I think would best suit your invitation, but should you want something else that I do not have, you may send them to me, my computer accepts .ttf and .otf type of fonts (true type font).
***For multiple pages (e.g. wedding invites requiring additional sheets having similar design from the original) is an additional of $8/coordinated page
***For "coordinated" cards such as RSVP, Thank You and other coordinated cards, the price starts at $12
Once all the requested information has been received, I will begin to work on your order. You shall receive your first proof within 2-3 business days. Upon receiving the proof, please do check the design and colors and check all the textual contents like the names, date, address, and all the details, then send us your feedback. Give us a go signal if the project is okay for finalization. I will send the final design thru email in 1-2 business days.
The final files shall be emailed in jpeg/pdf format (300 dpi) to your paypal email address or your nominated email address. There will be 3 files in the email.
1.) 2 - 5x7" cards laid side by side on an 8.5x11" size of paper with cutting guides.
2.) Actual 5x7" jpeg.
3.) Bleedsize of the card 5.25x7.25"
*** VERY IMPORTANT: This listing includes only 1 design draft and 3 free rounds of revision from the draft submitted.
Once the proofs had been requested for Final Artwork (layout is already approved) and the final files had been emailed any revision thereafter shall be considered as a new set of revision.
Extra set of revision is available at $8.00.
Pink Paper Trail shall still reserve the right to use the images/backgrounds/elements used for the invite from Pink Paper Trail's site or provided by Pink Paper Trail, but guarantees that the exact same invite shall not be sold as a template and the design produced will never be re-sold and used.
Pink Paper Trail shall not be liable for any copyright concerns of the images and fonts you provided by the client/customer.
***Please note that this listing is only for a digital copy only, no prints are included. No fonts and raw psd/ai files are included in the purchase of this listing.
Printing Suggestions:
These can be printed at home using a heavy cardstock or professionally printed your local print shop or print lab. Always always do test prints before printing in bulk.
