I made this banner for a client using the colors they requested for each part , but you can get whatever color combo you want.

This name banner was made as follows- I used 4x4 inch white chipboard pieces and hand stamped the letters with light blue acrylic paint. I used a double layer of black and white card stock for the penguins that are permanently attached at each end. I finish it all off with gray ribbon through the letters and bows at each end!
