This includes all the personalized items mentioned above, but without the thank you card.

Please remember that this listing is for ONE (1) child/name only. You must purchase a seperate upgrade for each child/name needed. Customization does not mean that you receive completely new designs. It only means that you will be getting your name & age/monogram ADDED to the items mentioned above. Please do not assume that you will be able to add an entire phrase or choose how the items will be finished!! Pennant Banners will come with name letters only. Remember, there is no choice in design, they are to my premade templates. The items will look just like the standard items but with your name added to them. This will coordinate the entire package together effortlessly! Proofs are not given for the personalized items. Most items will not allow middle names due to space available.

All standard listing & shop policies apply. Please read these in full prior to purchase. You MUST purchase the standard $12 pack in order to receive the personalized items. Any purchase of the upgrade without the standard item will receive the standard items that are listed above without personalization/customization. Also, you cannot use the thank you card as an invite. If invitation wording is submitted, we will replace with a generic thank you message. Our invites can be found within the shop.

Remember, you will receive the standard items first via instant download. The personalized files will follow alone via etsy message or email after they are completed. We cannot send personalized items via instant download since we complete each for you! Please allow up to 3 days for the personalized items to be finished.

Please check our shop announcement & policy section for current turnaround time & delays. Rush orders cannot be accepted unless you contact me first to see if this is possible! Rush orders will require a $5.00 fee. Generally décor will be sent within a few hours of receiving your payment. However, PLEASE allow up to 4 days unless otherwise stated. We ask that you read our policy section prior to purchase. This is here to answer your questions & make you familiar with my design process. Your purchase is your agreement to these policies, so please read them!! Please try to ask all questions before purchase to avoid any misunderstandings after.

I do not accept requests for changes to the design, font, font color, design color, etc. of my work. If you would like any changes made, please contact me for a reserved listing as there are fees for these! All of my items are designed by me. I do not copy & paste clips from party websites, I create each one by hand!

Items are sent in zip files for faster upload & send time. Most customers will receive 1 zipped file containing all items. However, due to file size limits of certain email providers, some customers will receive 3 zipped files. You must unzip the items in order to view them. If you are not familiar with zipped files or do not have the software to do so, I do suggest a couple sites with free versions/trials that you can use. You will find these links within the email that I send after purchase. Please check the policy section to see what type of file I am sending (jpg or pdf). I reserve the right to switch without notice and do not guarantee that you will get one or the other. These are DIGITAL files sent by email only. No items will be physically shipped to you.

The sample photo is just to show you what the name added may look like. The actual items and styles of these items will vary and depend upon the collection that you purchase. The thank you card is NOT included with the $8 listing. You must purchase the $15 listing as mentioned above to receive the photo thank you card.
