Once proof is approved and final printable files are sent and you require a change. A $5 design change fee will be necessary.
Also, if you want to change elements of a current design, a design change fee may also be necessary.
PROOFS
A proof is provided usually within 24-48 business hours.

Orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours from proof approval. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.
REFUNDS:
Personalized items may not be returned or refunded once a proof is approved. If a printing error was made by us in processing your order, we would gladly send a replacement set of invitations free of charge.
