In the "notes to seller" at checkout, let me know:
• Your choice of TWO colors (see chart)
• Your choice of ONE font (see chart)
• Your child's name
• Your child's age

• For baby showers and other events, please specify what text you would like to use.

I will send you a FREE proof of your label. After you approve the proof, I require 2-4 business days to print, package and ship your order. Please also allow an appropriate amount of time for delivery by mail.
