The thank you notes come as a printable file with 2 notes on an 8.5x11 page. Simply print, cut and fold. The cards fit 4 3/8" x 5 3/4" envelopes (not included.) The card is formatted to be printed on standard 8.5x11 paper (card stock recommended) and trimmed into two cards. When folded each card will measure 4.25" x 5.5".

When folded the backs of the cards are green (shown in image 3) and they are blank inside for a handwritten thank you note.
