A JPEG printable page will be emailed to you containing 12 squares. Print this sheet on 8.5x11 bright white card stock paper, photo paper or sticker paper

ADDITIONAL ITEMS YOU WILL NEED:
2" scallop circle or circle punch
Popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks
tape, glue, adhesive

Just print them out, punch out the circles with a round or scalloped 2 inch paper punch and you're ready to use them as cupcake toppers. You can also get coordinating cardstock and punch out a larger round or scallop circle to place behind the lollipop stick to make it 3D.
These can also be used to make favor tags.
