This PDF printable nurse hat is an ideal decoration and photo booth prop for your Doctor and Nurses party, or first responders event. Simply download, print, cut and assemble!

The hat comes with three different brim designs on a standard white background. To give the hat more color and sparkle, you can print one of the six background sheets included in the kit, featuring stripes or glitter paper designs in pink, purple and turquoise onto the reverse side of the hat as shown in the photos. The assembled hat measures approximately 8" (20.3cm) across the front brim, and 3.5" (8.9cm) in height.

To assemble, you will need:

★ Adobe Reader to open and print the file
★ Letter size or A4 white cardstock (or photographic paper)
★ Color inkjet printer (note: if you do not have access to a printer, you can take the pdf file for printing at an office supply store or print shop)
★ Scissors
★ X-acto knife or sharp object to score along fold lines

While the pages are designed to print out on letter size (8.5” x 11”) paper, they will also print perfectly on A4.
