FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT IS A PRINTABLE KIT?
A printable kit is a compressed or zipped folder of PDF customized party templates that you are given access to download. You can print, cut, and craft the files to create an adorable DIY party!

WILL YOU SEND ME A PROOF?
We would be happy to! It is our standard protocol to provide a proof, especially with photo invitations. You will receive your proof within 1 business day of our receipt of your photo and information. After your approved proof, you will receive your files within 24 hours.

HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?
Unless indicated in the Shop Announcement section, printable kits take 2-3 business days. Please note that kits received between Friday at 12pm ET and Monday at 8am ET will be processed on Monday morning. Ex: If you order on Friday Night at 8pm, your order will be processed Monday, etc.

CAN I HAVE THIS SOONER THAN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS?
A $15 fee is required to move you to the front of the line, and you will receive the link the same business day if ordered before 5pm, but please contact the seller to inquire about availability. A $25 fee is required for weekend rushes, if the seller is available.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE KIT?
We email a link to the compressed file to the email address you purchase the kit with. Your link is sent via Yousendit.com, and the email contains instructions of how to retrieve the file, along with instructions on how to "unzip" files, and read PDFs.
PLEASE NOTE: You WILL NOT be shipped any printed goods- this is a downloaded kit that you print and cut yourself!! If you are interested in a pre-printed and cut kit please contact the seller to see if this option is available.

DO YOU SELL THE TEMPLATES INDIVIDUALLY?
Yes. Please contact the seller and tell her which template you are interested in. Individual files are $5 each.

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE COLORS?
Yes. Please contact the seller for variations in the theme. Skin & hair color variations for people characters are free of charge, please just make note of the changes in the notes to seller. Overall theme colors or animal color changes will require a custom fee on a case by case scenario.
