You will need access to a computer (recommended) or phone (for basic edits) and a printer so you can personalize and print your file.

Labels are 3.5" x 2.5" when folded (3.5" x 5" actual size before folding). Your printed file can be saved as a JPG or PDF. There are four saved to a standard 8.5" x 11" page.
