Fancy Nancy inspired outfit

Too Fancy for words! A super frilly blouse, paired with a pink and yellow bow. Add an extraordinary ruffled pink twirly skirt and OOH LALA!! The blouse is made from a white satin with attached bow. The skirt is made up of different layers of pink sheer fabrics layered over satin. There are 6 layers of ruffles! Way too fab for words!
