These rich and decadent key lime cake bite truffles are a special treat and will make lovely favors for your beach wedding guests. Or put one in your out of town guest bags for a wonderful taste of Florida!

I start by baking a delicious homemade key lime cake, made using a treasured family recipe and the finest all natural ingredients. I then blend the cake with a homemade cream cheese frosting, hand roll the cake and then hand dip in gourmet white chocolate, to create these fabulously moist and delicious treats.

These cake bites will be sent to you on white paper liners and packed in a bakery box. You will then need to assemble them yourself. I will include extra paper liners, bags to put the bites in, and cut ribbons to tie the bags. These cake bites are very moist, and that's why you'll need to replace the liners before bagging them. This will give them a fresh look so they will look great when you present them as favors.

Two dozen (24) cake bites, prepared fresh for you, and sent via USPS Priority Mail. During summer months, shipping cost includes an insulated box and reusable ice packs. Please check out my shop policies for more information on shipping and delivery of your order.
