This cornbread recipe is from scratch and is simply delicious. So easy to make too. All the dry ingredients are poured into a pint size, self-sealing, glass mason jar upon ordering so the contents will remain fresh until it is baked. All you need to do is empty the contents of the jar into a bowl and add the wet ingredients (milk, eggs, and butter). Stir, bake, and serve warm with butter, honey, or just plain. The jar can be used over and over again for numerous things.
