What an adorable focal point to your BIRTHDAY PARTY! This gorgeous frosty frozen blue BIRTHDAY NUMBER is adorned with snowflakes - just the perfect touch!

I make these with rosettes of tissue paper which are secured onto sturdy foam coreboard back. It can be used as a photo prop or as a colorful decoration, hanging on the wall by the dessert table and then later used as an attractive decoration. This is meant for INTERIOR display.

Tall: 18" (widths will vary depending upon the number/ letter)
I can also do another number or even the child's initial.
