This teddy bear happy birthday banner is the perfect way to say

This banner was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned papers. The letters are diecut and layered. The teddy bears were diecut and pieced together and the number 1 was added on top. Handmade tissue paper fringe was added to the tops. Satin ribbon ties it all together to finish it off. The ends are left loose.

The banner comes in 3 pieces. Happy, Birthday, and then a name with teddy bear end panels. Each pennant is approx. 5"
