Simple, clean and classic! Girls Classic 1st Birthday hat is the perfect addition to any little girl's 1st Birthday Party! Features simple "1" white painted chipboard, Forget-Me-Nots and a tiny simple white satin ribbon. Topped with ribbon pom and lined with ric rac. Classy and never over done!

No detail has been overlooked! All seams are finished with coordinating trimmings. The inside is just as beautiful and unique as the outside! Your choice coordinating ribbon or elastic band or both (for younger toddlers).
