This item is handmade by me. I use a die cut to cut the letters from neon pink, neon green, neon orange, and neon yellow poster board, and then I adhere them to a black background which I then mat with a neon yellow backing.

Each letter is approximately 2" high. All together, HAPPY NEW YEAR, as shown measures about 9" wide and 5" tall (7.5" tall with the sticks). If you choose to add a name, the height will change to approximately 7.5" tall (10" with the sticks). There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.
