This is a DIY item. You will receive a PDF file suitable for printing on 8.5"x11" card stock on your own home printer. A watermark will not appear on your file. The finished product measures 4.5" tall, 2" wide (at base) and 2.5" at top. Simply print onto card stock, cut out the template, score on the fold lines and glue together.
