Reward charts can be a very useful tool in helping to manage sleep problems in older children. Reward charts work extremely well if you get the right motivation for them. They work best if they are used for a short time to concentrate on a particular behaviour such as not staying in their own bed, or waking up frequently at night and disturbing you.

This Reward Chart will last for three weeks. Print at home as many as you want or laminate it if you want to reuse so you only need to print once.
Use stickers or colour in a star after each good night. Decide on a reward togheter and write it down the big star.

After the purchase is completed, you will be able to download the file in a high resolution editable PDF. Print out on a letter size heavy weight cardstock.

All wording is editable, you will be able to write you children's name at the top of the chart. Juste use Adobe Acrobat Reader and type whatever you want.
