Easy enough to inflate yourself with a regular drinking straw, or have them professionally inflated with helium if you need them to float! The balloons all have a self-sealing valve.

The balloons are reusable! Just insert a straw into the valve and squeeze the air or helium out of the balloons, fold them up, and store them away from direct sunlight.
