Happy Halloween!! This listing is for the PAPER pennant garland OR you can choose to purchase both the - the BOO banner and the garland!!

The paper pennant garland will add a great pop of color to any space!! It will look so cute hanging at your Halloween parties for years to come! It will easily jazz up any space in your home! It's a perfect backdrop for photos too! Great to hang in a classroom. The BOO banner is made on 4x4 and 2x2 inch brown chipboard pieces. I hand stamp the letters and cats/spiders and webs with acrylic paint and antiqued the edges with black. Then I strung it with orange ribbon and matching ties. The BOO banner measures 16 inches with excess ribbon at each end for hanging.

The pennant garland is 12 separate paper pennants strung together on a black grosgrain ribbon. The pennants are cut from different designs of Halloween themed scrapbook paper and from black, and 2 shades of orange card stock.The Halloween pieces include 1 with bats- 1 with chevrons- and 1 with black spiders-- So FUN!! Each pennant measures 3.5 inches wide and about 5 inches long. Including the excess ribbon the total banner measures about 6 feet long. Pennants are one sided paper.
