This handmade circus birthday banner is really neat, Just like the circus it's a treat!

This banner is made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The letters were die cut and the animals were paper pieced. The white panels are embossed with tiny dots. Red satin ribbon holds it to together and are left loose on the ends.
