HAPPY BIRTHDAY is made with shimmery pearl white colored card paper with letters hand stamped in black acrylic paint over top of a hot pink polka dot flourish on each card. Each card measures 4.25 by 4.25 inches. The first letter of each word (H, B, E) has a hot pink Gem embellishment. See the close up of "E" for an example.

This banner is hung with ribbon color of your choice (The ribbon in the photo IS available again). This can be hung by tying at each end, using tacks/pins, or even just tape!
