SUCCULENT CARE

✦ We only ship out beautiful, healthy plants! Each succulent is hand-planted using locally grown succulents. Please be aware that not every plant is the same, allow for variations in types and imperfections. Be sure to open your package as SOON as possible to ensure your plant continues to receive proper water & sunlight.

Please let your recipient know there is a LIVE plant being delivered and the look of succulents vary. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some are taller and some are shorter, and may differ from the display photo. They are chosen at random. Your succulent will need immediate sun & water. Succulents are very hearty plants; however, on rare occasion the plant may of get jostled after being shipped. Give the plant a day or two to begin to flourish and follow the plant care directions. As previously mentioned, upon immediate arrival water the plan for 1-2 days, and then only when the soil is dry to touch. If you are not satisfied with the succulent PLEASE REACH OUT. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we ship to the address provided at check out. If you are ordering this as a gift and wish to have it shipped elsewhere, please enter the correct address at check out. If an incorrect shipping address was given and the gift is returned back to our shop, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
