* 12 x 2" (5cm) circle cutouts featuring the text "Happy Valentine's Day". Please note the text is fixed and can't be modified. The cupcake toppers print 12 per page.

You can print as many times and as many copies as you like. If you don't have access to a color printer, you can take the file to your nearest office supply store or print shop who can print for you.

To assemble:

* Adobe Reader to open and print the file
* Letter size or A4 white cardstock (or photographic paper)
* Color inkjet printer
* 2-inch circle punch (optional)
* Scissors and glue or tape
* Lollipop sticks for cupcake toppers
* Small hole punch and ribbon for treat bag tags

While the pages are designed to print out on letter size (8.5” x 11”) paper, they will also print perfectly on A4.
