Here's how to order.

1. Select what type of file you want us to email --- JPEG, PDF or BOTH (extra $5)

2. Select the Size - if the size you want is not listed, just message us first so we can add that to the listing.

3. On the "Notes to Seller" upon checkout, provide the 'name' or 'wording' to personalize this design.

4. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday (PST). You will be notified once your order is delivered via email.

5. Notify us if you are in a rush to receive the file the same day or within a time frame. Our fastest turnaround time is within an hour or less.

6. In case smartphones won't download the file attached, we recommend that you use a laptop or a desktop to download the file and you can get it printed at your local print shop like Office Depot, Staples or Kinkos if youre in US.

7. For your convenience, we do accept Print and Ship Banners upon request. Just drop us a message and we will send you a separate link to place an order.

8. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Digital Item upon delivery of your order via email. If there's any error on our end, notify us immediately so we can resolve or redo your design.

REFUND POLICY:

a.) We can issue a FULL REFUND when the digital file is NOT YET DELIVERED via email.

b.) All Digital Files are NON-REFUNDABLE once it's delivered via email. If there's an error on the file - like color, spelling or missing on the design we will be glad to fix it and send you the right file upon request.

c.) A 50% refund will be issued only when you want to change it to another design.
