A hot pink, white and black layered bow sit atop the hat with fluffy black feather boa. A silver glitter layered "1" (or age of your child) with decorative jeweled balloon and personalized cupcake adds a lttle sparkle. The hat can also be decorated with a silver glitter guitar for the little rock star. The back seam of the hat is also trimmed with ric rac. An adjustable elastic strap will hold the hat comfortably in place.
