Polka dots and pretty! Hot pink polka dot cardstock hat is trimmed with bright green base and purple ric rac trim. The bottom of the hat is a beautiful ruffled organza. The hat is topped with a coordinating layered bow. A coordinating hot pink layered number one (or number of your choice) is personalized with a floating jeweled balloon with text of your choice. A fcute little light and hot pink elephant complete your theme. The hat theme can be changed or a jeweled cupcake can be added to the number one. An adjustable elastic will hold it in place under your little one's chin.

Hat is handcrafted from quality papers and ribbons. Great for the "big occasion" and also as a photo prop.

Once created, hats are shipped USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) with tracking information. Hats are double lined for durability.
