This listing is for 12 favor tags that have the very hungry caterpillar on them with the words "Very Hungry Caterpillar Food"

These are printed on high quality card stock and then placed on polka dot card stock and then on green circular card stock. Tied on green ribbons.

The tags are approx. 2 inches in diameter.

If you would like to customize this to say something different we can do that!
