TASSELLS ARE FULLY ASSEMBLED AND READY TO USE

The balloons are made from excellent quality latex. They are sent flat packed and ready ready to be filled with helium by you.

Tassel tail is made from premium Satin Wraps tissue paper and built on satin ribbon with tassels 10-11" 30cm length each.
Just attach them with a clip supplied in a set, to balloon.

TASSEL TAIL COLORS can be changed, please add a note at the checkout with new colors.
