Assembly Suggestion:
1. Cut out each pennant using a paper cutter (or a good, sharp pair of scissors.)
2. Use a hole punch to punch a hole in the two top corners of each pennant. (Use 1/8" hole punch for smaller string, or 1/4" punch for thicker twine.)
3. Assemble using string or twine.
