- How it works -

1. Purchase the item you want.
2. During the checkout, write the personalized information in the message box, please.
If you want to add a photo, please send it to my email (cindyandliah@gmail.com).
3. After your payment, your order will be sent to your email within 24-48 hours.
(However, I will try to send it to you as quickly as possible!)
You can alter it as many times as you want until you are content with the final result.
4. The file format is either PDF and JPEG, and it is ready to print.
5. Then, you just have to print and cut it!

- F.A.Q. -
- What is the file format?
The designs are high resolution PDF and JPEG files.
You can use the PDF file to print the item on cardstock paper at home.
You can use the JPEG file to print the item on photo paper at a photo lab.

- Can the items be personalized and customized?
Yes, the items can be personalized with your child's name, age, and photo. My designs can be customized to your need (color, size, and et cetera), the fee for custom items is $5.00.

- What kind of paper do you recommend? -
I recommend 110# cardstock paper to print most of the items.

It is a very easy process, and you can count on me if you need help.
